Top Hats... Yes you heard me.
It is in my own personal opinion that it is horrid, nay criminal!, that Arena Net has not put Top Hats into Guild Wars.
I suggest that all resources be drawn from Guild Wars 2 and put into making a Top Hat. On a more serious note. Top Hats are an amazing hat. I suggested it to Gaile during the Halloween community events and she agrees... all GW2 development should stop to make it. I was told to post it here in hopes that a Live team member reads it. So would you like to see a Top Hat in the game? Edit: Here is my NPC idea I posted later in the thread. There could be a collector NPC named 'Henry Hatsworthy'. When you talk to him the dialog would say "Well hello there fine sir. My master, Lord Scroogington, past away but his last request was for me, his humble servant, to give his plethora of valuables away to the people. I however do not share his 'generosity' and as such have become a very rich man. I have little use for his decadent hats and canes so I am willing to pass them onto you for a small price. You look like a citizen who needs a cane." He would require an item that can be obtained from any campaign and would give you a [Lord Scroogington's Top Hat] and [Citizen's Cane]. Hm... I've seen this suggested a lot of times.
One good moment for top hats would be Wintersday. But if it was like those hats that remove the hair... it would be like adding nothing at all... |

Halt all work on guild wars 2 to make it. Merhaps they could have a 'fancy' collector in Crisis in Cantha the wants a certain item for the 3 items... Cane, top hats and monocle. Would be amazing. Oh and make the tophat as armor... I want to use it in pvp. |
